All our workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee for your peace of mind. If we supply Jacksons Fencing products, they also come with a 25-year guarantee against rot and insect damage — one of the longest-lasting guarantees in the industry.
Yes, we remove and dispose of all old materials as part of the service. We’re fully licensed waste carriers, so you can rest assured everything is cleared responsibly and in line with regulations.
Once you accept the quote, we’ll aim to book you in with a provisional installation date. This date depends on weather conditions, our current schedule, and lead times for materials. We’ll stay in touch and confirm the exact start date closer to the time.
Please note that while you don’t need to be home throughout the project, we do ask that someone is present at the start (to agree fence lines or gate positions and allow access to power and water) and at completion (for final payment and sign-off).
